Eligibility and selection stages
Railway NTPC includes posts with different educational levels, duties and skill requirements. Graduate and undergraduate posts are notified separately or with separate conditions; check the post-wise qualification and age rules in the current RRB notice.
Important: Recruitment rules, dates, vacancies, age limits, cut-offs and qualifying standards change. Verify them in the latest official notification before applying.

How important are previous-year papers?
Very important. They reveal the level, recurring concepts and the time pressure better than a long list of unrelated questions.
Do all NTPC posts need typing?
No. Skill requirements depend on the post. Read the current notice and practise early if your preferred post includes typing.
How should I handle railway current affairs?
Combine broad current affairs with transport, infrastructure, science and government-policy awareness, then revise through quizzes.
